The Boat service regarding the crossing the river Tagliamento and the Lagoon of Caorle, from Porto Baseleghe to Vallevecchia, will be active every day until the 20th of September 2020. The X-LAGOON boat pass, directly reactivated by the Municipality of San Michele al Tagliamento, after a first phase of experimentation started by Vegal and suspended at the beginning of March due to the health emergency, presents itself as a new tourist formula that enriches and enhances our  territory, focusing on slow Tourism. The service, will be free, starts from 9.30 am and ends at 6.30 pm with an interruption from 1.30 pm to 2.30 pm, you can book at teh following number +39347-9922959. Cycling tourism fans will have the opportunity to cycle along the Adriatic coast, crossing some of the most beautiful locations of our territory, Lignano, Bibione and Vallevecchia di Caorle. In the Municipality of Bibione the boat will depart from the public gangway in Porto Baseleghe, located near the restaurant “Ai Casoni”, while in Vallevecchia the Veneto Region in accordance with Veneto Agricoltura has built a gangway for public use, intended for inland navigation along the Venetian coast, near the MaV (Environmental Museum) within the naturalistic oasis of Valle Vecchia for the enhancement of the territory with the aim of encouraging the use of integrated routes between the historic centers, the rural territory and sites of natural interest. The INTERBIKE II project of cooperation between Italy and Slovenia 2014-2020, now in its second edition, has had a great positive impact in our territory, activating experimentation and synergies both local and cross-border, important for the animation of the territory.

BEACH BUS is the new pilot action of the project CROSSMOBY, Interreg V-A Italy- Slovenia cooperation programme 2014-2020. BEACH BUS is a passenger service that is active from the 1st of July until the 31st of August, every day, for free on the circular route: Obrov – Javorje/Obrovu – Huje – Rjavče – Tatre – Orehek pri Materiji – Slivje/Materiji – Markovščina – Materija – Tublje pri Hrpeljah – Hrpelje – Krvavi Potok – Kozina – Klanec/Kozini – Petrinje – Koper (Soča station). The morning's route (Obrov-Koper) starts at 8.00 a.m. and finishes at 9.34 a.m., while the afternoon's route (Koper-Obrov) starts at 6.00 p.m. and finishes at 7.25 p.m. It isn't possible to book the seats in advance. The CROSSMOBY project, Interreg V-A Italy-Slovenia 2014-2020 cooperation programme, launches a service for passengers and bikers also during the 2021 summer season. It is the circular bus transport service for passengers and cyclists, or rather, the BICI BUS service. The bus transports are free and will be available on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, from the 2nd of July until the 26th of September 2021, on the route from Koper to the Carst (and back). BIKE BUS is a free service for the inhabitants of the cross-border area and for visitors of the area, who arebe able to use free bus transports till the 26th of September 2021, on the circular route: Koper (main bus station) – Kozina – Rodik – Škocjanske jame – Lipica – Divača - Sežana – Štanjel – Sežana – Divača – Škocjanske jame – Rodik – Kozina – Koper (main bus station). The bus is equipped with a bike trailer (BIKE BUS), which is also free. The service takes place on weekends, the time table is attached to this message. The departures are from the main bus station in Koper. Booking in advance is not possible. This pilot action is co-funded by the European Regional Development Fund (85%) and by the municipalities of Komen, Hrpelje-Kozina, Divača and Sežana.

Cross-border Bike Bus Trieste – Poreč

The Friuli Venezia Giulia Autonomous Region, within the ICARUS project - Interreg V-A Italy-Croatia, offers a bike rack free bus service from 2 July to 2 October 2021 with a one day anytime ticket Trieste – Poreč to connect the cyclepaths of Friuli Venezia Giulia with the Parenzana’s ones or to return to Trieste taking the opportunity to visit the city or the Istria Coast by bicycle.
