Eraclea Mare, called the “Green Pearl of the Adriatic”, is a natural oasis surrounded by a pine forest that lends itself to exploration and enjoyment of nature. The Laguna del Mort nature reserve is particularly fascinating. It extends to the western edge of the town and is a stretch of lagoon separated from the sea by a natural strip of dunes. Relaxing walks on foot, by bike and on horseback allow you to penetrate the pine forest and reach the most evocative and hidden corners of the lagoon.
